His career focused on strategic sales and operational management, including nearly 5 years at Cadbury plc and a subsequent position at Mondelēz International. 

This experience provided him with unparalleled insight into high-volume supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and national account handling. Further operational knowledge was gained through extensive roles with major wholesalers, deepening his understanding of large-scale distribution and retail operations across Leinster.
